Free returns within the US and Canada.
If you or your cat are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return and refund the purchase price in full within 45 days of delivery.*
We want to resolve the issue—please fill out our contact form with a detailed description of the issue (please include photos to expedite processing), and we will work with you to find a solution. If you still wish to return the product, please let us know and we'll send you a return label. Simply repackage the product (in the original packaging if possible), label it, and send it to your local FedEx or USPS.**
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your full refund within 3-5 business days***. Returns will not be accepted after 45 days from the date of shipment unless an extension is granted.
Mhlll 1-Year Warranty
All Mhlll products come with a one-year warranty covering functional defects. If you experience any issues within one year of receipt, please contact us—we're happy to help! Proof of the defect, such as photos/videos, may be required.
Please note that this warranty does not cover standard wear and tear. The resolution is at Mhlll's discretion and does not necessarily mean a full replacement.
International Shipping and Returns
For orders outside the US and Canada, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you don't see this feature, please contact us at Support@mhlll.cloud for assistance.
International buyers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and the full cost of shipping and returns. Mhlll is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any other related fees.
